FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Recover vs. tear-off — which is better?

When the deck is sound and only one layer exists, a recover can be cost-effective and faster. Trapped moisture, multiple layers, or widespread failure point to a tear-off. We’ll document findings with photos and, if needed, core data.

What warranties are available?

We provide workmanship warranties and—on eligible systems installed to manufacturer specifications—material & labor coverage (e.g., 15–20 years). We’ll review eligibility and maintenance requirements upfront.

How do you minimize disruption to tenants or customers?

We phase work, set protected walk paths, schedule high-impact work off-hours, and keep entrances and docks usable whenever possible. Clear communication and daily housekeeping are standard.

Do you handle Title 24 and city inspections?

Yes. We design cool-roof compliant assemblies and manage permits/inspections with the city.
